How does the bag builder choose clubs?
It splits your budget across the clubs you tick (a bigger share for the driver and irons), then picks from today's eBay UK Buy It Now listings that match your hand and flex, from sellers with good feedback. "Best clubs" picks the best model each share affords at no more than 5% over its typical price; "Lowest price" picks the cheapest decent club for each slot.
How many clubs do I need?
The rules allow up to 14. A beginner can play well with 8-10: a driver, a fairway wood or hybrid, irons from 6 to PW, a sand wedge and a putter. See how many clubs in a golf bag.
Which flex should I choose?
Regular suits most club golfers. Stiff is for faster swings (roughly 95mph and up with a driver), senior (A) and ladies (L) for slower ones. Our shaft flex chart explains it.
